1. Who We Are

Wakr is made by twoplus11 LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (twoplus11.com). When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means twoplus11 LLC.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Wakr is built to be completely private:

• No usage analytics. The application makes no network requests for tracking what you do. The only request it makes on its own is an optional check for a newer version, which you can turn off from the tray menu.
• Nothing is uploaded. Wakr only starts and stops a native Windows power request (the same mechanism Windows itself uses to keep an active download or render job from being interrupted) and, if you turn it on, writes a "Launch Wakr at Login" entry to your own user registry hive. Neither ever leaves your PC.
• No usage analytics. The app does not report what you do with it: which durations you pick, how often you use it, or anything else.
• No accounts. Personal use needs no sign-up, no key, and no login.

3. Data We Do Collect

Update checks. Wakr checks whether a newer version exists: automatically about once a week, and whenever you check manually from the tray menu. You can switch the automatic check off at any time. The request goes to api.twoplus11.com and identifies the app, the platform, and the version you are running; like any web request, it also carries your IP address. We record that the check happened, with a one-way daily hash of that address rather than the address itself, together with the browser-style identifier your PC sends with any web request, so we can count how many installs are active. It carries nothing beyond what is described above.

Wakr is free for personal and commercial use. There is no business license and no license validation request.

4. Where Wakr Stores Things on Your PC

Everything Wakr saves stays inside your own Windows user account, and none of it is transmitted:

• Preferences (your last duration, language, and toggle settings) in %APPDATA%\Wakr.
• Your business license key and its cached validation result, if you have one, in your Windows user profile folder. The cache exists so the app keeps working for up to 72 hours without a network connection.
• The "Launch Wakr at Login" setting, if turned on, as a single entry under your own user registry hive (HKEY_CURRENT_USER), never machine-wide, and removed automatically if you turn the setting back off or uninstall.
• The application itself in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Wakr, or in C:\Program Files\Wakr if you chose to install it for everyone who uses the PC.

Uninstalling removes the application and the login entry. If you want every trace gone, delete the preferences and license files noted above as well.

5. If You Contact Us

If you email us (for support, beta feedback, or a question about your business license), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. If you submit our report form and attach a screenshot, we receive that too. We use this information only to reply to you and to fix the problem. We do not sell or share it.

6. Downloading the App

Wakr is downloaded from our website, which is hosted by a third-party web host. Like any website, the host may keep standard server access logs (such as IP address) for security and operational purposes. This happens at the web-server level when you visit the download page. The Wakr application itself does not transmit anything.

7. Children's Privacy

Wakr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. The only personal data we hold is what you send us by email and, for business-license holders, the company name and email tied to your purchase. You can exercise these rights by contacting jeremy@twoplus11.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your business-license record will deactivate the license.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
