Privacy Policy: Operations
The short version
Operations contains no networking code at all. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. The only things it stores are your solve count and your own settings, on your device. Delete the app and they are gone.
Who we are
Operations is made by twoplus11, an independent software studio in Missouri, United States. If you need to reach a human about this policy, write to jeremy@twoplus11.com.
- TWOPLUS11 LLC, a Missouri limited liability company
- 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, United States

What the app stores
Four values, all of them local, and none of them about you:
- How many puzzles you have solved.
- Which mode you last chose: easy, medium, or hard.
- Which operations you left switched on.
- Whether you prefer the equation laid out across or down.
On iPhone and iPad these live in the app's own preferences (UserDefaults). On Android they live in the app's own preferences (SharedPreferences). Both are private to the app, stay on the device, and are removed when the app is uninstalled. Resetting your score from inside the app clears the count immediately.
What the app sends
Nothing. There is no network code in either the iPhone or the Android build, so there is nothing to disable and no setting to get wrong. No usage reporting, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, no attribution, no remote configuration.
Permissions
The app asks for none. It does not use the camera, the microphone, contacts, photos, location, the network, or notifications.
Children
Operations is usable by a young child by design: you can switch off every operation except addition and hand over the device. The app collects no data, shows no ads, and contains no purchases.
The app has two optional outbound links, reachable only through deliberate taps: an About sheet (opened by tapping "OPERATIONS" in the game header) links to this privacy policy, a support page, and the App Store rating page. A twoplus11 wordmark at the bottom of the game links to twoplus11.com. All destinations are twoplus11.com pages or Apple's App Store. None carry advertising or collect any information.
The App Store and Google Play
Apple and Google run the stores the app is distributed through, and they collect their own information about downloads under their own policies. We never receive anything that identifies you from either of them. What we can see is the same aggregate a shopkeeper sees: how many copies were downloaded, and in which countries.
This website
Downloading nothing and buying nothing means we learn nothing about you here either. If you send us an email, we have your email address, and we use it only to answer you. Our host keeps ordinary server logs of page requests.
Changes
If this ever stops being true, the change will be described here with the date, rather than quietly reworded.
