Monthr terms of use
Last updated 2026-08-18
The agreement
These terms are between you and twoplus11 LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using Monthr ("the app") you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your licence
Buying Monthr grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. The licence is one-time: there is no subscription, and updates to the app are included at no additional cost.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the app; remove or alter its copyright notices; or reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation.
What you make with it
The calendars you create are yours. We claim no rights whatsoever in the PDFs Monthr produces or the photos you put into them. You may print them, sell them, give them away or do anything else your own rights in the underlying photos allow.
You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you add. Monthr cannot tell whose photograph it is laying out.
What the app does not do
Monthr produces a PDF file. It does not print, bind, ship or sell a physical calendar, and it is not affiliated with any printing service. What your printer or print shop charges, delivers, or how their output looks, is between you and them.
Availability and updates
The app checks for updates about once a week unless you turn that off. We may release updates that change or remove features; we try not to remove things people rely on, and anything notable is described in the changelog. We do not guarantee that any particular version remains available for download indefinitely.
Refunds
If Monthr does not do what this site says it does, tell us and we will refund you. Ask through the issue form.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a printed result will match any particular expectation of colour, size or paper.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, twoplus11 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
Monthr collects nothing. See the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
