Terms of Service

Effective date: July 23, 2026  ·  twoplus11 LLC

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Diskr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Diskr.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and twoplus11 LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

2. The Application

Diskr is a macOS disk-space visualizer. It scans a folder the user selects, maps its contents into an interactive sunburst chart sized by how much space each item takes, and lets the user inspect items, reveal them in Finder, copy their paths, and — when the user chooses — move them to the Trash, individually or as a staged basket, with that move undoable from inside the app. It can also list the same scan as a sortable table, total it by kind, and export it as a CSV or JSON file the user chooses the location of. Everything runs entirely on your own Mac. It is distributed from twoplus11.com/diskr.

3. License

Personal License (Free)

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Diskr on your personal computers for non-commercial purposes. Personal use means use by an individual for personal, non-revenue-generating activities. The personal tier is the complete application — there are no locked features, trial timers, or nag screens.

Business License ($5 per device, one-time)

If you use Diskr in connection with any business, employment, commercial, or revenue-generating activity, you must purchase a Business License for each device on which Diskr is installed. A Business License covers one device for the lifetime of the software. You may purchase a Business License at twoplus11.com/diskr/#pricing.

Your license is personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sublicense, or assign it to another person or entity.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

5. Third-Party Components

Diskr is built with Apple's own frameworks and one third-party component: Sparkle, the framework that installs Diskr's own updates, which is distributed under the MIT license. It remains the property of its authors and is governed by that license, whose full text ships inside the application at Diskr.app/Contents/Resources/Acknowledgements.txt. The same applies to any open-source component added later. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any such license.

6. Intellectual Property

Diskr, its design, original code, and all associated intellectual property rights — excluding any third-party components — are owned by twoplus11 LLC. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the application. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Updates and Availability

We may release updates to Diskr that add features, fix bugs, or change behavior. Updates are free for the lifetime of your license. We reserve the right to discontinue Diskr at any time without notice, though existing downloads will remain functional.

8. Payments and Refunds

Business License purchases are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your license key is emailed to you immediately after payment. Refunds are governed by the refund clause in the twoplus11 Terms of Service, which applies to every app we make.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DISKR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DISKR WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AT YOUR REQUEST, DISKR CAN MOVE FILES TO THE TRASH; ALTHOUGH SUCH REMOVALS GO TO THE TRASH AND ARE RECOVERABLE, AND SCANNING ITSELF ONLY READS FILE SIZES, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR FILES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TWOPLUS11 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF DISKR SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY DOLLARS ($50 USD).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Missouri.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of Diskr after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
