Privacy Policy
- Diskr scans disk usage entirely on your Mac. It only ever sees the folders you point it at, and nothing about them — names, sizes, paths — ever leaves your computer.
- No analytics, no telemetry, no accounts. Scanning never touches the network, and nothing is ever recorded to a server.
- The Diskr app never contacts our servers at all. If you buy a commercial license, that purchase happens here on the website (payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number). Your files are never involved.
1. Who We Are
Diskr is made by twoplus11 LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (twoplus11.com). When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means twoplus11 LLC.

2. Data We Do Not Collect
Diskr is built to be completely private:
- Your files are yours. Diskr only accesses the folders you point it at, and everything it does — reading sizes, building the sunburst, moving items to the Trash — happens locally on your Mac. No file, filename, path, or size is ever uploaded to us or anyone else.
- Scanning happens on your disk. A scan reads file sizes and nothing more; Diskr never opens or modifies your files, and it only ever moves something to the Trash when you explicitly ask it to.
- Nothing is written down. Diskr keeps no preferences file, no scan history, and no database. Quit it and nothing about your disk is left behind.
- No analytics or telemetry. The app does not phone home, report usage, or track what you do with your files.
- No accounts at all. Diskr needs no sign-up and no key — there is no login screen and no activation step, for personal or commercial use.
3. Data We Do Collect
Commercial-license purchases. If you buy a Commercial License, you enter your company name, work email, and number of devices in our checkout form. We receive your company name and email so we can deliver your license key and keep a record of the purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe — your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see or store them.
The app itself collects nothing. Your license key is emailed to you as the record of your purchase — there is no activation step and nothing to enter. The Diskr app contains no networking code whatsoever: it never contacts api.twoplus11.com or any other server, so installing a commercial license sends us nothing and tells us nothing about your Mac or your files.
4. If You Contact Us
If you email us — for support or a question about your commercial license — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use that information only to reply to you. We do not sell or share it.
5. Downloading the App
Diskr is downloaded from our website, which is hosted by a third-party web host. Like any website, the host may keep standard server access logs (such as IP address) for security and operational purposes. This happens at the web-server level when you visit the download page — the Diskr application itself does not transmit anything.
6. Children's Privacy
Diskr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights
If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. The only personal data we hold is what you send us by email and, for commercial-license holders, the company name and email tied to your purchase. You can exercise these rights by contacting jeremy@twoplus11.com. We will respond within 30 days. Your commercial-license record is what evidences the license, so deleting it also ends the license.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
