Privacy Policy
- Pulsr measures your Mac entirely on your Mac. Nothing about your system, your apps, or your activity ever leaves your computer.
- No analytics, no telemetry, no accounts. Monitoring never touches the network, and nothing is ever recorded to a server.
- The only times Pulsr contacts our servers: if you buy and activate a business license (payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number), or if it checks for updates (which sends only the app version). Your system readings are never involved.
1. Who We Are
Pulsr is made by twoplus11 LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (twoplus11.com). When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means twoplus11 LLC.

2. Data We Do Not Collect
Pulsr is built to be completely private:
- Your system readings are yours. CPU, memory, network, disk and battery figures — and the list of which apps are using what — are read locally on your Mac and displayed to you. None of it is uploaded to us or anyone else, and none of it is written to a server, ever.
- No history is stored off your machine. The sparklines are a short rolling window kept in memory while Pulsr is running. There is no history database and nothing is synced.
- Monitoring is completely offline. The measurement engine never needs the internet. For free personal use, your Mac contacts our servers only for the update check — and that request carries only the app version, never anything about your system or the apps you run.
- No analytics or telemetry. The app does not phone home, report usage, or track what you do with your Mac.
- No accounts for personal use. Personal use needs no sign-up and no key. (Business-license validation is the one exception — see the next section.)
3. Data We Do Collect
Business-license purchases. If you buy a Business License, you enter your company name, work email, and number of computers in our checkout form. We receive your company name and email so we can deliver your license key and keep a record of the purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe — your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see or store them.
License validation. When you activate a business license key, Pulsr sends the license key and a one-way hash of your Mac's hardware serial number (a truncated SHA-256 that cannot be reversed) to our licensing server to verify the license. We never receive anything about your system readings or the apps you run. These requests are hosted on Microsoft Azure, which may keep standard server access logs (such as IP address) for security and operational purposes. Pulsr only makes these requests once a business key has been entered.
Update checks. Pulsr asks our server whether a newer version exists — about once a week, and whenever you check manually. That request includes only the app's version number — nothing about you or your Mac. You can turn the automatic check off.
4. If You Contact Us
If you email us — for support or a question about your business license — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use that information only to reply to you. We do not sell or share it.
5. Downloading the App
Pulsr is downloaded from our website, which is hosted by a third-party web host. Like any website, the host may keep standard server access logs (such as IP address) for security and operational purposes. This happens at the web-server level when you visit the download page — the Pulsr application itself does not transmit anything.
6. Children's Privacy
Pulsr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights
If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. The only personal data we hold is what you send us by email and, for business-license holders, the company name and email tied to your purchase. You can exercise these rights by contacting 11plustwo@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your business-license record will deactivate the license.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
